It is used for in line process or off Labeling Machine. It is a purpose Labeling Machine having S.S. 304 pipe body duly claded with S.S. Steel. It is used to apply the sticker labels to the container which will be duly filled sealed and inspected. This Labeling Machine requires the labels in the roll form which will be pre gummed.
 
Containers movers on the conveyer of the Labeling Machine. It will be separated by the feeding roller assembly to maintain the pre determined space between the two containers according to label length and container size. The label is placed on the container immediately when it will be sensed by the container sensor. It ensure instant adhesive of label's edge. Then it passes through the pressing unit resulting in precise registration and crease - free application.
 
It does not require any change parts for change in container diameter or label size. It can handle the diameter range from 20 mm to 90 mm and label height from 100 mm to 115 mm. change over can be done with in few minutes, label height from bottom can be also adjustable for different kind of containers.

The unit is built strong structural frame for rigidity and provide vibration free movement of operation. All contact parts are made of stainless steel - 304, teflon or hdpe.

The stroke of nozzle holder and the height of the nozzles are adjustable for achieving smooth entry and exit of nozzles inside the neck of containers and avoid splash / spillage of liquid or dripping at sides. No breakage of containers in the event centering is not done correctly as nozzle holder is spring loaded. Specially honed, wide range of selection of syringes available, which gives performance of uniform volume for a long time. Non return valve so accurately designed and machined to achieve drip proof result and avoid messy platform and containers.

The unit can be quickly dismantled for maintenance just by opening front cover. Each and every part can be attended for cleaning operation or maintenance without any hindrances.
